We think kids are pretty awesome. They tell great stories. They are open to new ideas. They can make really cool stuff. They love to share.
Sometimes adults forget this and treat kids like they’re dumb or too young to understand. Or they’re just too busy doing adult stuff to take the time to listen.
Which is why we’ve created our Kid Stuff page. This is your place to get ideas for your journal, scrapbook or time capsule, to share your stories and experiences, to find this month’s colouring competition entries and last month’s winner – to have some fun.

Kid Stuff Story Starter cards
You’ll love sharing this fun story telling game with your friends and family. It’s a great activity for sleepovers,
camps, rainy days and holidays.
Choose one card from each pack. The Story Starter card is to kick-start your story. The word on the Kid Stuff theme card is what you should tell your story about.
Make your friends laugh, cry or be totally shocked! You might even want to vote on your stories, with prizes for the best. If you don’t have a real story, you’ll have to make one up.

Kid Stuff Story Starter journals
This is your journal for your stuff.
Keeping a journal can be fun – exploring your ideas and dreams, writing about your friends, predicting your future. We’ve mixed up lined, blank and grid pages so you have lots of space for writing, drawing and pasting images. Plus there are friendship pages, full colour stickers and an envelope for a time capsule. Put some special messages and photos inside, ready to open on your 21st birthday.
We’ve divided the journal into sections, with some ideas for keeping your journal, but how you use it is really up to you.
